DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, so you can expect delivery within 5 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer. Please note that at busy times or if an item is out of stock, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you.

Standard Recorded Delivery

 Recorded Delivery within the UK is £5 or free when you spend over £100. We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail Recorded and it will generally be delivered with your normal post but will require a signature on delivery. Please contact us if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address.

 Special Delivery

We can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you the next working day (subject to stock availability). Special Delivery costs £10, or £5.00 when you spend over £100. 

These orders must be placed by telephone before 1pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.

Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase,  we will  offer a full refund within 28 days of the original purchase date.

Items need to be returned in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Pack the items securely, include all paperwork and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
